I said no I what a full refund they closed the case is there any way I can get this back I am a lady of 62years old can't afford to lose money
Sellers cannot close cases, Irene. If the Ebay system closed the Item Not Received case in the seller's favour, that can only be for one of two reasons:
1. The seller had tracking proving delivery.
OR
2. You failed to escalate the case to Ebay, and it auto-closed as resolved after 30 days.
If you can tell us which of the above it was, someone will be able to accurately advise you. Ebay won't be able to help you (closed cases can't be reopened, and you can't open another), but there are other things you can do.
How did you pay?
If you paid with PayPal you can log into your account, find the payment details and open an item not received dispute for it.
Escalate your dispute to a claim within the next few days.
As already said seller cannot close the case unless it just ran out of time. You should have escalated after 8 days, so that ebay dealt with it.
Instead open a Paypal not Received Case, BUT you Must escalate after 2 day (that is ask paypal to take over) and by day 20.
Sellers cannot close "not received" but they do expire after 30 days if not escalated to ebay. Not a lot you can do but try appealing to ebay using live chat at the bottom of this:
