purchased item dec 10th 2019 didn't receive it, after prevarications they said that they had sent a 2nd which also didn't arrive. I opened a dispute and they replied saying that if it didn't arrive in 30 days they would give me a full refund. In belief I cancelled the dispute and now more than 30 days from the offer they do not reply. I have the feeling that they led me into the 90 day Ebay block on lots of things and neither they or the Ebay resolution centre, who are impossible to reach, give me any sign of life.

They have also got you long past the time to leave feedback so by letting them fool you there is no warning to other buyers that they should be avoided.

 

You should have been dealing with this in January and leaving a well deserved Negative.

There is no such thing as a 90 day ebay block. You have30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a case under the ebay MBG which you may well have done, but closing it before you were refunded was the wrong thing to do.

 

Your seller has led you down the garden path and has asked you to close the case first, which is a common trick for some sellers, to get out of having to refund you.

 

You are still in time to open a not received case in Paypal. Go to the transaction and open a case there. Do not close it and do not communicate with the seller. Make suure you escalate after 2 days and definite;y before 20, to get your refund.

When you open the PP claim you can copy and paste all the messages between you and seller into the claim details.

You have 180 days to make a claim with paypal for item not received.Your seller strung you along but if you claim through paypal you will eventually get your money back.
