Hi thanks for your suggestion ,have tried the geren box already and it takes you so far then says service not available .cant get a code till help centre reopens .should shut ebay down if no help available ,till normal service is resumed .

I’m rather puzzled when you purchased the item...before lockdown or after? If after ( in last 2 weeks) didn’t it occur to you that standalone stores were closed and this would cause a problem?
You have probably lost your money and your item! When the stores re-open they are not obliged to return to sender and can dispose of as they wish
