A listing I bought from has been deleted?

I recently bought a nintendo switch - animal crossing edition because of covid-19 and like anyone else I wanted something to entertain me. After buying it went smoothly but now it's the delivery time and it has NOT arrived. I'm slightly worried i've been scammed considering I paid £539.98 for it from some random seller on here. Now, whenever I contact the seller they give me the same automated responce even after asking MULTIPLE TIMES for a tracking number which they fail to give me lol.

I now went back to look at the listing and it's suddenly gone? Does that mean I've been screwed over? I don't know what to do & I cant risk losing over 500+. I've contacted eBay but there customer service is meh, especially in times like this. I don't know whether to ask for a refund or just wait a little longer. (The item was supposed to be delivered between 06.04.20 & 07.04)

Any suggestions?

No, it doesn't mean you've been screwed. It's not possible to be screwed on Ebay if you used Ebay checkout and paid via PayPal (read the Money Back Guarantee, which is on every listing and in various other places across the site).

Sellers can end their listings at any time, and many are doing so because they're self-isolating or because their local Post Office has closed due to the pandemic.

Last but not least, Ebay's delivery estimate is exactly that - an estimate. It is not a guarantee. Opening a case so soon when things are normal would be ridiculous, let alone now. There are delivery delays in most parts of the country, and for obvious reasons, so you should wait for at least a week or so beyond that estimated date before opening a case. You have 30 days from the delivery estimate on the order in which to open an Ebay case, so there's no rush.

If the system does not allow you to successfully open a case with eBay from the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages,  it may not  wihtout eBay CS help  if the item was removed by eBay,  then you need to claim with Paypal.

Log into your Paypal account,  on the left select resolve a problem, open a case for item not received,  and enter that eBay have removed the item from their site,

Ignore that it says go back to eBay,  just stick with the Paypal case.

Escalate within 20 days for your refund.
