Hi, I bought a copy of windows 7 of a buyer for a ridiculus price of £3. I knew it was bogus, and as soon as I dowloaded it, it did not work, so I gave him negative feedback as it didn't work, despite trying several times to install . I'm  a MCP and I know how to install and run software!  Anyhow, he wrote back mto me and asked me to withdraw the neg feedback as soon as possible. I ignored this as I thought it was valid, and he clearly was selling a bogus microsoft product, A fe days later he wrote this "Hi We can see that you blocked us the other support like Mr Graham. This is going to be our last message to you than we will take all the documentation to our lawer. Your negative feedback is damaging our store, we lost 4K of sales since youleft us negative feedback.        I get fed-up having to politely request people take time to give feedback. Quite a few sellers seem to enjoy pointing out their own feedback score, even when not 100% but then neglect to return the gesture for buyers, even when politely asked to do so. I find this frustrating, particularly when I have paid immediately and provided good feedback for the seller which is useful in some cases to confirm delivery. Is it therefore possible to retract feedback given, "tit for tat" as it were ?        I think there should be more prominent mention of feedback and encouragement from ebay to provide it on both sides of transactions. ... Purchased a Thetford caravan fridge element. The item was the wrong size. It was retuned and signed and signed for5/5/20. However the seller now claims not to be able to refund me due to him not being able to acess Pypal then he said my Ebay account was suspended. Now he says my payment is on hold  no further information from him. He says its my problem and that I need to sort it out .Why. Purchased a pet flap it was damaged on arrival and i requested a return, sent photo's of damage and returned it with a post paid label. Promptly received a full refund  so i purchased another when it arrived i was shocked to find it was the exact same one i had returned in the first place not one with similar damage but the one and i had the photo's to prove it. How do I claim disabled VAT relief on Ebay for goods I purchase to help with my disability? With other sellers including Amazon I provide a form and the VAT is taken off the price and the seller/shop hands the form to HMRC. There isnt another way to do it ... View more

Tried to list my laptop, a quite expesive gaming one plus I pumped  lots more upgrades into it. After carefully going over each detail I click to list and Ebay tells me that it exceeds my "monthly limit" and tells me to lower the buy it now to 650£ .. Right, let me guess Ebay conditions me gradually as a seller by having a "monthly selling limit " Well good luck then I will list my item on Facebook   meet the buyer and pay zero fees.
