arrived at the sorting office Friday now only Sunday...Saturday and Sunday NOT working days...seller might be in lockdown and need to make arrangements for someone else to collect AND Monday is a bank holiday....
if business seller he may not be at his PC until Tuesday....
?? But the 22nd May was Friday. Today is Sunday the 24th. The Delivery Office won't be open again until Tuesday. Plus, I doubt Royal Mail are allowing collections at this time, for obvious reasons. They will make or attempt delivery next week.
No idea either why you're messaging the seller in this way. When tracking shows delivery or attempted delivery, a seller has a fixed number of days in which to refund you - he can't be made to refund you any quicker. So take a deep breath and let the system do its work.
