I sent back a faulty ruark r5 as was faulty it's in sorting office since frie 22 may 2020 I've sent polite messages asking iff he could pick item up and also to let me know when he will do so but no reply I cant do anything thru Ebay as all it says is not arrived what do I do iff seller just dosent pick package up

?? But the 22nd May was Friday. Today is Sunday the 24th. The Delivery Office won't be open again until Tuesday. Plus, I doubt Royal Mail are allowing collections at this time, for obvious reasons. They will make or attempt delivery next week.
No idea either why you're messaging the seller in this way. When tracking shows delivery or attempted delivery, a seller has a fixed number of days in which to refund you - he can't be made to refund you any quicker. So take a deep breath and let the system do its work.
