Pitney Bowes not processing order

I made an order on the 4th of may and the order has still not been processed, and it it still to be shipped from the suas to Europe. I understand thst COVID is causing delays, but the only delivery estimations I get are from the eBay app which claims it will be here by the 27th, and track24.net which says it will take another month...

Apart from flight restrictions, many countries are not accepting deliveries until the huge backlogs in Customs and in carrier depots can be dealt with, which is obviously taking a very long time due to them having to work with massively decreased staffing levels. So Pitney Bowes' hands are tied. You and the buyer will just have to be patient.
