Hi, I bought a copy of windows 7 of a buyer for a ridiculus price of £3. I knew it was bogus, and as soon as I dowloaded it, it did not work, so I gave him negative feedback as it didn't work, despite trying several times to install . I'm a MCP and I know how to install and run software!
Anyhow, he wrote back mto me and asked me to withdraw the neg feedback as soon as possible. I ignored this as I thought it was valid, and he clearly was selling a bogus microsoft product,
A fe days later he wrote this
"Hi
We can see that you blocked us the other support like Mr Graham. This is going to be our last message to you than we will take all the documentation to our lawer.
Your negative feedback is damaging our store, we lost 4K of sales since youleft us negative feedback. Feedback you left for no reason since the problem was with your computer
let me know
Alex
This seller goes by the id of gpv853 and he has a fantastic feedback score of, wait for it.... 62!
Should I get my lawers involved??
It looks as though the seller has managed to get the feedback removed as I can't see any negatives on your feedback left.
If you knew the software was bogus why did you buy it?
Ignore the threats.
Ignore the seller.
Don't buy rubbish software.
seemingly bad feedback is now being removed when a buyer did not open a case - have you open a case?
If what you purchased is not working and not because of any fault on your part you can get trading standards involved as the seller is a UK registered business.
