Problems with Emails from Ebay to me.

Any idea what is up with Ebay at the moment? Last night bought two items and no emails from Ebay to advise me of my purchases.

Also none from sellers to advise me of items being posted. Mike I'm getting frustrated by them

Lack of emails from ebay is not the end of the world, and you only bought last night.

Give sellers a chance, there is a good chance that there is no postal collection today, IT IS SATURDAY, and Monday is a Bank Holiday so posting may at the earliest be on TUESDAY.

It is too soon to be Frustrated about such simple things and unreasonable to expect sellers to post on a Saturday Morning, particularly as there are no normal deliveries o a Saturday.

Have you looked at sellers handling/dispatch time? They are hardly going to claim posted if their dispatch time is 3-5 days!!

bank holidays and weekends are not counted.

I am aware of that, Look I've seen on purchase history that two items I bought yesterday evening have been posted but I have neither had emails from eBay advising me of that and also NO emails from eBay advising me I've even bought them.
But paypal is working fine fortunately. Please read the question thoroughly next time Mike

Excuse me, there is no need to be rude, details within the question were very sparse, I tried using a crystal ball, but that like eBay is not working.....☹️

This is a bit of a long shot, but have you looked to see if your notification with ebay is turned off....
To check...go to your account>>>>>communication preferences>>>>>>>Buyer>>> Buyer activity>>>>> Won...if it says none in the box, change it to real time and save

Thanks for that . but the box does show real time must be a little bug in the system

The only other thing I can think of, as I recall the problem happened on a Friday which is eBay’s maintenance day,a lot of things happen. It would be good if you had the time to come back and let us know if anything changes...ie if it rights itself or if it remains the same if you purchase again....

One last thing...what device are you using? If Ebay app, ditch it and use a laptop/pc as the app is pretty much useless
Also, what browser are you using? IE is no longer compatible with eBay, use chrome or Firefox and see if that makes a difference...

I'm using windows 10, browser Microsoft Edge on an HP Laptop. And I will see how things go before I change things
