eBay

I bought a cross trainer on the 24th of March. I understand that times are different just now but the seller is mucking me about. I just want a refund or to know where the item is. They told me it was dispatched on the 30th of March and the courier will be in touch however they won't reply and tell me who the courier is, is there any tracking or where the item is. I really want a cross trainer and can't buy another one because *** have my money. There are other ones for sale and I just want to know whats going on with the one that I bought, I need to wait till the 16th for ebay to step in but there are auctions ending before this and I can't bid. Looking at their feedback I feel it is a scam and don't want to wait and wait and wait then lock down will be over and I won't need it anymore. Updated... has anyone got any advice on this? Hi I ordered items on 2nd April and was given a delivery estimate of 6th April.  The item dd not arrive then and I contacted the seller and received an explanation that the post office was priorising medical deliveries and therefore my parcel would possibly take up to 10 days, even though it was first class,  I foolishlly closed the resolution thing.  But I have been emailing the seller since Wednesday 8th April asking for the tracking no so I can track the parcel, but she is not responding.   What are my options now?  I have only used Ebay once before and had no problems.   Thank you for reading my post. ... I returned an item due to it being faulty . The seller will not refund the postage cost as he says that i returned it due to me changing my mind but it was infact returned due to it being faulty . I requested to return an item last week.  Ebay's estimate for postage was £8.00 so I went ahead and printed labels for the parcel.  When I got to the Post Office, however, the charge would have been £26.00!  In this case I cancelled the Royal Mail return and arranged for Hermes to collect and deliver for the sum of £12.00.  The parcel was collected today.  I have since discovered that, according to Ebay, I cannot now return the item!  This has annoyed me greatly and I am frustrated because there seems to be no way of contacting Ebay directly and they will not allow me to cannot the seller to explain the situation.   WHAT CAN I DO? ... The seller is very unprofessional and her method to resolve the issue is not practical at all. it been 6 days pass over delivery date.  I have been asking her to refund the product but she is just not willing to co operate. I had an item go to Argos with Click and Collect.  Tracking said that it had been delivered but  received no notification from Argos as it had shut due to Coronovirus lockdown.   I contacted Seller and Ebay who said that the tracking had shown that it had reached its destination (Argos) so they will not follow up or refund.   I had the generic email from ebay to say that click and collect items that were delivered through Click and Collect but were not released by the stores would be returned to the sender - after all the stores scan them to say that they have been picked up, so its clear that my item was not collected by myself.   The sender is not responding to my messages and ebay say I can appeal but the link does not work!   The item was quite a bit of money   ... Hi.   I bought an item from France on 13/3/20. It's not yet arrived and hasn't been marked as delivered.   A few days later, France entered lockdown but I don't know if this would stop items being sent. I recently bought something from Germany and that arrived with no problem. Of course my French seller could be ill or isolating.   I contacted the seller at the end of March and asked if it'd been dispatched but I got no reply.   Should I raise this as a missing item? I'd still like the item, but if the seller promised to send it after the lockdown in France and then I still didn't receive it for whatever reason, would I still be covered by eBay's guarantees?   I gather that I have a month from the estimated delivery date (23/3/20) to raise it as missing, so my deadline is presumably 23/4/20.   Thanks.     ... ordered item on ebay but never turned up although got email confirming order then next day another email saying being posted, contacted seller after a week and they said i had not ordered and checked on MY EBAY no sign of order but have been charged on bank account, emailed seller with order number from email but has failed to reply ...Ebay lines of contact seem to be designed to frustrate till you give up ...
