Ive not received my item that I ordered and paid for on the 24th March. the seller doesn't respond.

I bought a cross trainer on the 24th of March. I understand that times are different just now but the seller is mucking me about. I just want a refund or to know where the item is. They told me it was dispatched on the 30th of March and the courier will be in touch however they won't reply and tell me who the courier is, is there any tracking or where the item is. I really want a cross trainer and can't buy another one because *** have my money. There are other ones for sale and I just want to know whats going on with the one that I bought, I need to wait till the 16th for ebay to step in but there are auctions ending before this and I can't bid.

Looking at their feedback I feel it is a scam and don't want to wait and wait and wait then lock down will be over and I won't need it anymore.

Updated... has anyone got any advice on this? Because I feel very mugged off....

If you have opened a Not Received Case, then you will only be able to escalate after 8 days to get are fund. Thereis no short cut.

Even then depending on how you paid the refund may take time as refunds go back to source and only if paid by Paypal funds is it virtually instant. Debit card 7 days  to bank and credit card 30 days back to card.

Does this happen a lot on ebay for large value items? It cost over £500. What a mug, and no repose from the seller.
