My seller is being difficult. She is unprofessional and will not refund me or get delivered product.

The seller is very unprofessional and her method to resolve the issue is not practical at all. it been 6 days pass over delivery date. 

I have been asking her to refund the product but she is just not willing to co operate.

Kindly if any one has customer service or complain department number it would be helpful.

You do not need eBay CS department ,  even if you could get through ,  which you cannot at present due to the covid19 crisis.

 

Your seller is being unhelpful so just open a case for item not received in the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages.

 

Escalate on days 9 - 21 if not refunded beforehand,  and eBay step in and refund you.

 

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise from the seller, once closed it cannot be reopened.  Let it run the full 8 days,  and if not resolved in tnat time,  do not forget to escalate.

Even if you open a not received case the seller does not have to take any action for say 7 days as you cannot escalate until day 9.

 

You do not say what sort of item it is that you have not received. If it is one of the items that sellers have been asking silly prices for it is possible that they never had anything to sell inthe first place, have you read their feedback to see if there are any bad signs

 

Royal Mail and Couriers are all suffering from Staff Shortages and I hear today that some RM delivery services may have stopped due to staff walk outs due to fears of catching the Virus as they are having to work in conditions which do not allow the Social Distancing required.

 

There is no harm in opening a Not Received Case, that is the only way that any seller should refund, but you will still have to wait 8 days before you can ask ebay to step in, by which time your purchase may have arrived
