I have been sent a parcelforce48 free return label to send back to seller. it is a bulky item.

I have a bulky damged item to return. I have been sent Parcel 48 return label. I have no means of transport so can not use it. I can not contact ebay and seller not responding. What do I do?

You would have been stuck whatever as eBay systems issue either Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail 48 labels.....both require you to take the item to a Post Office to send it.......

eBay does not make sellers arrange couriers with a collection service

I don't think Parcelforce do any collection from home service....simply drop off at collection points or depots

Do you not have someone who could collect and post for you.

There is nothing that the seller can do now that the case has been started as he has the most to lose if it is not dealt with properly and I can't see that Ebay could help either.

Once a case is started it has to proceed according to the scheduled time frame. There are no built in Short Cuts or ways round.
