I had an item go to Argos with Click and Collect.
Tracking said that it had been delivered but received no notification from Argos as it had shut due to Coronovirus lockdown.
I contacted Seller and Ebay who said that the tracking had shown that it had reached its destination (Argos) so they will not follow up or refund.
I had the generic email from ebay to say that click and collect items that were delivered through Click and Collect but were not released by the stores would be returned to the sender - after all the stores scan them to say that they have been picked up, so its clear that my item was not collected by myself.
The sender is not responding to my messages and ebay say I can appeal but the link does not work! The item was quite a bit of money

Briefly your item will be tracked back to your seller, and you will be refunded when theyreceive it.
Have you opened a case for Not Received? If so, do it now, and put in the case notes that it is a C&C item.
