Negative feedback removed

Why has the negative feedback i was advised by eBay to leave, been removed and resoring seller ro 100% feedback? The feedback was neither rude or untrue.

If you gave what you said we could tell you what was the problem.

You cannot mention, Ebay, Paypal, Cases or refunds. Although factual it is easy to say the wrong thing and I understand that if the seller has a long history of good feedback, ebay will take that into consideration and remove a negative.

If leaving a negative, it is best to say as little as possible, for example "Unsatisfactory Transaction" says it all and it is the red dot that does the damage not so much the words.

Cannot understand why it was removed if that was all you said. Sounds like perfectly reasonable feedback.

OP, without knowing what you put it is difficult to advise you further. Can you quote the exact words you posted?
The eBay robots sometimes ‘find’ words which are not allowed, by ignoring spaces between acceptable words.

I emailed ebay about it and ther reply was that the negative feedback sbould never of been removed but that they also can not put it back. But his ratings will still show a negative. But i checked and they have also gone back up to 100%.
It just makes a mockery of the whole system
