I have reached top-rated seller but none of my listings qualify.   I can see the reason why, Free delivery in 2-3 days should be in green but it isn't on all of my listings.  It used to be but isn't anymore.  How can I change this back.

As a Top Rated Seller, you get a badge on your listings when you offer delivery services that support tracking on items that cost more than £20 - DONE

A free delivery option that delivers within 3 days - DONE

An express delivery option that delivers within 2 days and costs no more than £10 - DONE

A 30-day return policy - DONE

Can anyone help with this please?  I'm going round in circles with ebay support.

You need same day dispatch if using 2nd class freepost. You can set a cut off time as early as 5am if you want to ease the pressure on that.

I've tried using same day dispatch and cut off at 5am but it makes no difference.  Its driving me mad, I've been looking at this for a few days but can't figure it out and nobody at ebay can either.

Ah ok, I had a look at 2 of your listings and they were 1 day dispatch. Definitely go back to same day that’s 100% needed unless you offer 1st class as the freepost option. 

Another reason may then be if you have just gone top rated, give it a month to kick in. 

You also needed either £1k sales or 100 items sold in the past year when I last checked but that doesn’t appear to be the issue for you.

I’ve just changed everything to same day dispatch so maybe this will show soon as well.  Yes maybe I need to wait before it all kicks in as top rated seller.

All your listings are showing as having E-bays premium service badge. Did you mean this or do you mean the premium service benefits which I think still grants 10% off fees?

Yes the premium service benefits.  I have done everything correct including changing listings to same day dispatch but still have zero listings qualify.

Your items are low value - did you sign up to the promotion

Low Cost Items - Final Value Fees Activated - pay 5p + 15% ?

Although you can get the Top Seller badge, you don't get 10% off seller fees.  There may have been other versions of this - I can't remember - I think it came in when ebay started doing payments and was to replace Paypal's micropayment option.

What's you express options and is it set to same day or one day?  I think both of ok, but not 2 days.

I clicked on some of your listing and delivery dates show the same for all postage options, that normally happens when you don't have same day dispatch.
