Sudden lack of sales.

Business seller, 2100+ listings. I normally get a few sales per day. For a week, nothing. Called eBay, no restrictions on my account. Anyone else experiencing total drop off in sales or know of any faults or bugs that may cause this? Thanks, Tony

Yeah looks like site is full of bugs today, went to end an old promotion and start a new one only to find the percent box would grey out every time i tried to add a number. Took me 4 refreshes to finally sort it

Me too, no sales since Sunday. I sometimes have a day or two without sales but not 4 days! But if the traffic reports are correct im getting a lot of views. Dont know if there is a glitch but lots of glitches going with searches and also i tried changing promotion levels yesterday and gave up after a while as it was so glitchy.

Im also running a 15% off coupon which usually brings a few more sales. Its oh so quiet.....

Its happening to everyone . Normally Ebay accounts for 65% of sales ...............over  the last two weeks they are down to 5% , the other platforms  remain on normal levels . I suspect its down to their crazy buyer protection fees , non functioning app  etc quite simply Joe public will not pay them .or use it ................!!!

 Ebay does NOT want private / small sellers they want to be  "Amazon" .Mr  Ebay Pierre omidyar  ( major shareholder) has dreams of being Jeff Bezos .......sorry "Peter" you are a used , car boot sale platform , Amazon are well out of your  league

Yes I have been with E-Bay for 5 years now, I was use to selling anywhere from 5-10 orders a day, but now since the start of 2025 my sales have dropped to if I am lucky 1 sale a day if that, it is like from what I remember when I first started on E-Bay am very very frustrated.

We are exactly the   same. We have not had an order for over 7 days. Started to happen when E bay introduced no fees for private sellers

We are the same. Nothing for 7 days despite running over 300 ads. Absolutely useless. Also I cannot get to speak to a human. It is impossible to get past the AI assistant

Same here. I've had a handful of sales in the last week and they've all been items where I dropped the auction start price to £1 ( and they sold for little more than that) down from the usual BIN price of £10-£20

Just keep typing 'agent' until it gives you the option of a callback or a human on the chat.
