Really Poor in fact no customer support or resolution

I had an item that was ending which had 102 watchers and i wanted to amend the quantity as i had more stock delivered. Everytime i tried to change the quantity the listing would say "it had outstanding offers and the postage policy could not be amended. However i was not trying to amend the postage policy or price just the quantity.

 

Contacted ebay on 21st December SR# 1-488960179655 and enc a screenshot and they would get back to me.

 

No response so i contacted them again on the 1st January and even though i had the above reference number i had to go through the whole issue again and provide another screenshot. Ref number SR# 1-489264465505

 

Yesterday the item sold out and so it was a complete waste of time even contacting them in the first place.

I know this won't help you now but for in the future there is a setting that will keep your listing live once an item sells out then you update the qty once you have stock.

 

Toggle on - Listings stay active when you're out of stock

We have had this issue before, did you try and change qty on the active listing on the seller hub web page?
