Unless you have received further communication from them giving a more precise reason, then it is likely to just be a Know Your Customer review.  This is something that they are required to do on a regular basis.

I got asked to provide 1 of the following

companies house document

hmrc self assesment

hmrc document within the last year

tax return within the last 2 years

(i provided our incorporation certificate)

 

Id for 3 directors was also requested which i provided passports.

They came back to me saying something didnt match up but this time it had the option to provide percentage ownership for each director. Filled that in reuploaded my incorporation certificate and they removed the hold.

The cynic in me thinks thats all they really wanted was this info

Thanks for the info. Did they ask for that information immediately ? Or was it after some days. I've already been waiting well over 4 days now and received no requests from them for any more info I just have the payout hold notification. I spoke to them over the phone but said it should be done soon.

that must be annoying.....when you said "spoke to them over the phone but said it should be done soon", when did that happen? just now or when the 2-day period was supposed to end? cheers

I've spoken to them a few times now. They said it can take up to 5 working days.  Basically just case of sitting tight for now. The 2 day period was supposed to be Tuesday at the latest. Will keep you posted on how it goes.

Not Yet, I have been in touch with concierge support, and they said they have a lot of these reviews to complete and it may take up to working days.

I did both mine first thing in the morning and the following morning i came back into the response via email. I also used the red banner at the top to check progress.

Its crazy they hold our payments until we comply. Thats what should be resorted to if you dont comply not first request.

Did you guys just somehow find payout stopped and found the red banner on the payment tab? There seemed to be zero communication, be it message or email prior to this, 0 communication…

It's not really that crazy if you think about it.

The check is all to do with Money laundering etc  Which makes obvious why they would hold payments until it's complete.
