We are trying to add in SKUs to all of our products many of which are in larger listings with variations so we dont get so many products saved in Royal Mail Click and Drop. Currently RM is creating a new product for every item sold which is increasing the product list in RM.
We have managed to add SKU's to lots of products but now seem to be having a problem in eBay.
We have tried different browsers and after clearing cache and even tried in a private window in Firefox and Brave but are still getting the same problem
We have several multi variation listing and we are trying to add in SKU's to all products. We were adding in something similar to EB-202-500 which is the product model number from our website and eBay was filling in the last two bits with the first letters of the product description. Now when we try to add in the same we are seeing EB-202-500-undefined_undefined. If we add in two more characters to the SKU so it would become EB-202-500-Wi we still get the undefined bits at the end.
We are trying this to stop ebay creating hundreds of new products in RM click and drop system which is currently is doing. Has anyone had any thing similar?
