I have had an account for over 7years & wanted to split what I was selling so opened a second account. Put 300 listing's on then ebay blocked me. Needs a copy of my driving licence. I sent it over 15 times and still they ask for it. Said it wasnt clear enough. I spoke to an agent, sent it to her & she said it WAS clear enough. 72 hours later block raised for 5 mins then was blocked again for annual review. I could sell items but not get my money out. Told this could take up to 5 days. 7 days later the block was raised for 1 day then, guess what? BLOCKED again. They want a copy of my driving licence AGAIN, this time with a utility bill AND a copy of a purchase order or receipt of EVERYTHING I have sold on Ebay to prove it was mine to sell. Most things I was selling were old games. Who the hell keeps receipts for games they buy for 3/4 years and sometimes even longer just incase you want to sell them on ebay in 5 or ten years time.
Its a bloody joke and disgusting way to treat a customer, especially someone whose been with them for over 7 years. I deleted 272 listing's. WHATS THE POINT IN SELLING ITEMS IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY??????

I think you could have been flagged as selling commercially. Your ended listings total over 1,000 so it is a lot to put onto eBay in a short space of time.
As far as I am aware you can’t have 2 private accounts. Or is your other account a business account? Either way, eBay may be concerned over fee avoidance or circumventing listing limits.
The negative feedbacks you got aren’t great to get so early on with a new account as it takes your feedback % to the low 90’s. Maybe another reason for the flag, and it doesn’t help that you named the buyer in that case in your reply, you shouldn’t do that.
If you don’t have a clear line of delivered items on the sales so far that is also a ? that eBay may have.
These are just initial impressions but if I were you I’d ring eBay in the morning and hope you speak to an Irish agent, they tend to be more helpful.

HI
I did use a different email, user name & password but DID tell Ebay over 10 times now that it is me & my original user details so they know I have been with then for over 7 yrs but it all counted for nothing.

Registering new accounts to avoid buying and selling restrictions or limits, or other policy consequences, is not allowed on eBay.
You are also not allowed to sell the same products on multiple accounts or product lines ?
