If they don't use the label you provided, you won't be charged for it and you are not expected to refund until you get the item back.
Buyers do sometimes start return cases but then don't bother to complete the process.

OP6 months agothe item back. It's says case is closed. I can't understand. No way to
contact eBay direct.

·6 months agoAs advised, once you refund the buyer, they can't access the label or send the item back.
You should never refund until you get the item back.
If you still want it back, you will have to contact the buyer and try to organise a return.
