Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I’ve tried multiple different ways to message sellers using the app as well as the desktop version of eBay - it doesn’t work and there seems no way of contacting sellers. I’m so frustrated by this, does anyone have a solution please?

I use website, just tried to contact seller via link on listing, all working.

You need to start typing message in box at the bottom, it is greyed out until you do.

People do report issues using the app, but there shouldn't be a problem using the desktop version.

Is it all sellers or just some?

Have you tried messaging sellers from their feedback page?

Yes I’ve tried using the desktop version as well as trying to contact via different routes. It just goes nowhere. It used to work so I don’t understand what’s changed. Sometimes I just want to ask the seller something about a product, not start any investigation or raise an issue. It seems to be a broken function which has a big impact on the whole process.
