Photos taken on Samsung Android are small with large grey border when viewed on desktop site.

I have been noticing that my recent listings (when later viewed on the laptop) shows only small images .  If i click an image in the gallery they are appearing in the centre of the screen with a large grey border.  If I zoom in, it is of a low quality.

I have trawled the net, and found issues or topics on this as far back as 2011, but most involved various complex or ineffective workarounds, some of which I tried to no effect. 

Is there a guaranteed way to get this resolved? It didn't used to happen and I am still using the same equipment as I always have.

Check camera setting on your android device make them the best they can be i have a 4k setting that is what i use for my photos.

Hi , i have tried all camera settings. 1:1 , high quality etc.  Nothing works.  The gallery pictures appear fine.  But when you click them it opens the main image at the same size, not full frame.
