I offered a return via my phone on Friday and when selecting to buy the return label I was taken to a screen to complete the return. This closed the return but was not the correct sequence of screens so would catch anyone out. I phoned ebay and they were extremely unhelpful. Lost my item and my money and now have to make an official complaint amd wait for a response before goimg to the financial ombudsman. Be very careful with the app, I feel I have been stolen from. Customer service confirmed that she revieved many calls about yhe glitch on the day I called. Ebay should own up to the flaws in the system.
