How do I remove 2 Step Verification ?

How do I remove 2 Step Verification ? I can see the last discussion on this subject was made about three years ago.  It looks like eBay have strengthened their security since then and I can't find an effective, simple solution to remove the 2 Step Verification.  I find the process really annoying.  I mostly use my home computer without any problems but I also use my mobile phone.   Seems eBay are concerned that I am using more than one appliance !     Any ideas.  Thank you.

Think I may have found a solution ! !   Simply downloaded the eBay app on my phone, instead of logging in every time.  No longer getting a 2 step verification message on my home computer.   It's early days, but we'll see if the issue has been fixed.   Many thanks.      But I would still be interested in the general question I raised.

Hello All .  I notice not one person has replied to my query of how to remove the '2 step verification' on eBay.  Obviously nobody is too concerned about this subject.  And interestingly enough, previous solutions don't seem to work any longer.    The last time this subject was raised was about three years ago.   I thought this forum was a useful tool for solving issues, but I'm beginning to wonder now.   Anyway, that's how it is.
