I understand that my listings (5) may take a short while before they arrive in my 'Active' box for confirmatory viewing. However, they have already been viewed by the public -some of whom are asking questions. I still cannot view my listings or edit them and cannot react to the public's questions. When challenged on this the Chat line were unable to confirm that I had any listings whatsoever, which I find bizarre.   Are maximum selling fees legit when I register for them? This transaction was weird from the start with the buyer saying they hadn't received the item they'd had delivered to their work address although they always receive parcels there. I double checked the address which was correct.   They initiated a return and I received a package from the same buyer but it was not the large item I sent out. It was a little box containing a cheap bottle of hand sanitizer. Very strange. I contacted ebay and long story short, the case was closed in my favour. For the past month I thought this was over.   However, the buyer is now complaining that I blocked them and demanding a refund for the item they say they sent back. . All I want to do is block the messages. I don't want to waste any more time on this trying to contact ebay. I just want to block this person from messaging me. Hi, has anyone else had this?   After signing up to managed payments ebay are holding the money for an item I have sold, plus they have taken extra money for item not as described. I don't understand the extra money they have taken, is it because the item I sold wasn't as described? I really don't get it.   I am not a new seller so that is not the reason for them holding the money.    If anyone could help that would be great! ... View more

I live in Ireland, but have always preferred buying off eBay UK, using my Parcel Motel address in the UK. My Paypal also has the UK address as the delivery address.
