How can I get my sellers status back to 100% following a scammer who left neg feedback

Can anyone help please?  Ebay have contacted me to say they are not a member and have been removed but they left me negative feedback which was a total lie and now after years of being 100% seller its down to 99%.  I want to have this rectified and have my selling status corrected and reinstated.  Thanks

if you had opened an unpaid case the neg would have been removed.

In any event if eBay have closed the buyers account they will remove the neg.

Didn't you open an Unpaid Case,as you will have been charged a £25 selling . Not only would an unpaid case have got a refund of £25 (not the Listing fee), no feedback could have been left.

Did Ebay cancel the transaction too...? If so, the neg should be removed automatically, though it may take a little time, especially if the site is very busy.

But if it's been more than 48 hours since you received the Ebay message, contact them via Live Chat or Request-a-callback (in Help & Contact), and they should remove the feedback manually.
