Tracking for Hermes delivery does not look to be working. Anyone else seeing this?

Tracking with a Hermes parcel number has worked really well in the past but in the last 2 weeks does not work at all. Everything just shows as dispatched even though they are delivered. 

hoe do I report this?

Hermes' Tracking, Hermes' Problem. Complain to them.

Their tracking worked fine on their site. It’s the Ebay end that is not working.

Ebay tracking is very slow to update at the moment.

I have items in purchase history only showing as dispatched, but were delivered 6 weeks ago.
If you are waiting for held payment, then contact ebay CS to check carrier website to update it.

HERMES changed their entire tracking system last few weeks. Thats why so many werent updating, but sadly also caused loads of FAKE claims of non receipt which is why i wont upload the tracking now until i know my items have arrived. No need for buyers to know there's an issue, as long as we keep them updated on the parcel.

Have noticed the tracing has come through on some items now but not all. It's also a bit patchy and inconsistent. Guess this will improve over time.
