Ebay Holding My Money And Have Taken Extra for Item Not As Described

Hi, has anyone else had this?

 

After signing up to managed payments ebay are holding the money for an item I have sold, plus they have taken extra money for item not as described. I don't understand the extra money they have taken, is it because the item I sold wasn't as described? I really don't get it.

 

I am not a new seller so that is not the reason for them holding the money. 

 

If anyone could help that would be great!

As you are in he Managed Payments I suggest you read all about it.

 

Using Help & Contact I immediately found this under Managed Payments Returns -

 

If a buyer files a payment dispute, and you’re found responsible for the disputed amount, you’ll be charged a dispute fee by eBay. If you accept the payment dispute and issue a refund, eBay will waive the dispute fee, and you’ll be responsible for the refund amount issued to your buyer.
