I received ebay order with Managed Payments. Funds are not in my bank account and ebay status is 'Processing funds'. Do I dispatch the order or wait until funds are processed into my bank account? How long will it take to process funds? Previously in PayPal when funds are available (which is almost instant) notification is sent to make the dispatch. ... View more

Please can anyone help!! I'm at my wits end!! I have not been able to recieve messages from buyers for over a year. I have told Ebay many times and they still haven't resolved this issue for me. Now someone has escalated to the resolution centre I am able to see that they have not recieved their item. I have apologised, explained about the messages and put a replacement item in the post. A buyer has with ebays permission, returned a pair of calvin jeans saying that they were too big. I advertised them as per the label size waist 36. Surely this cant be right that someone can return something and cost the seller money when they just dont like the jeans. I put plenty of photos on.   Any help would be appreciated     Mark ... Back in January I closed my old e-mail account. I changed my PayPal and E-bay accounts to reflect this change.   Since then I've been buying on E-bay, paying via PayPal. No problem.   Now I come to sell something I find that E-bay has adviced my buyer to pay via the old PayPal e-mail account!!!    As I no longer have that e-mail account the money has gone into cyberspace. I have notified PayPal and now my buyer has to cancel payment to the old account and resend it to the new one.   There's no way I can change this setting and to add insult to injury E-bay doesn't seem to have a customer service number anymore.    And the fees are stratospheric!!! I think I'm going to avoid using this platform as much as I can.   In the meantime if anyone knows how I can change the E-bay setting to add the correct PayPal account I'd really appreciate it.    Thank you. ... Hi, I’ve accepted a not as described return for an item (long story) and I can’t see a way to send an eBay postage label, as per ebay help page, it only gives me the option to purchase externally and upload from a photo. I’m not getting good communication from the buyer so feel a bit stuck. I’d happily have him take it along to the post office and I’ll pay him for it. If I bought a label from RM, he might be thinking Hermes...I just don’t know what to do...my options are - to upload my label, confirm I’ve already sent label or confirm I can’t  send a label...I just want ebay to magic one up and they charge me. Anyone had this problem? The help page says I can purchase a label through the return request which they can then print off, but I don’t have that option.. ... View more

Can all sellers who are selling 1806/1807 copper coins ensure they are selling the correct coin. The half penny is a similar size to the penny and many sellers are mis-selling the coins as they have the wrong description.
