Hi, I can't post items via the ebay app because when it comes to selecting my postage it keeps glitching.  I've tried reinstalling and that hasn't helped.   I have to save as a draft and then edit on my laptop which makes it much more time consuming. Any ideas? ... View more

Hey Guys,   For the last few times I was trying to sell some old electronics that I don't need anymore on eBay, but every time someone win the auction, the person either doesn't pay or stay quiet and I have no other choice but to cancel the order - lots of time waste and it makes me wonder why people does that?   I have a few questions :   1. I have always been glad of the eBay promotions. i.e.Sell for £1 max fee. The last promotion [sell for 5% max fee) was not offered to me and neither was the previous promotion (can't remember exactly what that was) My seller dashboard is always Above Standard and there are no issues.   Can anyone tell me how ebay chooses who to send these promotions to? what an insult ,4 days and can sell 100 items with only max £3 selling fees, i have loads of stuff over £30 to sell NOT  and other sellers get  2% Max selling fees, just makes you wonder where ebay get these ideas from, and how they think i can ENJOY this offer. ... View more

Are Sellers with Shop Subscriptions aware that this free facility has been removed and we are now being charged 10p plus Vat.  I list approx 300 new items each week during my working hours, so unless I want to start working in the evenings (I always list between 7pm and 10 pm) this is going to add a total of £1800 a year to my fees (Approx £160 a month).  I am not aware that I have been informed of this change. ... Dear all,    I am a first time seller. I have been able to sell my item on ebay and the highest bidder has won the item. This was more than 48hours ago. I have contacted the bidder to share with them the invoice and remind them to pay, but there is absolutely no correspondence back from the seller. What are my options now?
