Todays seller hub dribble

Can someone please explain the contents on eBays plan for 1st & 2nd Class letter and large letter post as read in todays (7th April) seller hub from the eBay team. Why do they explain and make things so difficult.

Lost

Lost valuable coin in post. Paid for 48 hours tracked. Now been told by Royal Mail not entitled to compensation. Should of sent special delivery. I gave buyer a full refund.

So usually when I sell multiple items to a buyer I send them an invoice and adjust the postage accordingly - there is no such option there at the moment - there is a link to combine items so I click on that and then try and collate them there and get...
