Hello,
I've sold a medium sized suitcase and choose Yodel as a courier, very reluctantly.
I'm forced to to use Ebay's Simple Delivery.
My parcel is too big to drop off at a store. So how do I get yodel to collect from me, as I've not booked via their own website.
Thanks

Sorry Simply Delivery does not allow delivery by Yodel . Only Royal Mail or Evri .

It must do as it says Buyer selected Yodel Store to Door.

Unless eBay have done a silent update, Simple Delivery only offers Royal Mail and Evri.
without seeing the listing it’s hard to offer any more advice but Yodel only seem to allow collection if you order off their site.
so you’d either need to purchase another label at your own cost or cancel the order and relist, possibly reviewing the postage options offered.

If you chose Yodel it was not Simple Delivery. Presumably this was on another account?

Yodel was there when listed couple of weeks ago. It was a buy it now listing.

Simple Delivery started 15th April. Listed after that date.

It wasn't universal from that date, some accounts are being told it will apply to them from the 5th June. You could have used normal postage, which I think you did.
Unless you post from the account you sold on you are not going to get an accurate answer.

Regardless, whether simple delivery or not, Ebay still prompted me to choose this delivery courier.
I normally sort my own quotes directly getting info from websites outside of Ebay. DPD or RM or Parcelforce.

So it was not Simple Delivery after all, just Ebay's suggested postage option, which you accepted, but could have ignored.
