Royal Mail/Parcelforce tracking not updating

I can see that there has been observations that sellers using Royal Mail/Parcelforce are experiencing tracking issues, whereby EBay is not updating their tracking information accurately or at all! This seems to be due to restructuring undertaken by Royal Mail/Parcelforce with the tracking system (I.e., consolidating their system). 

is there a solution to this from EBay or a workaround. It’s pretty annoying that my items are being sold and delivered on time but Ebay hasn’t carried through the progress or updating their tracking information tracking on their side.

Royal Mail/Parcelforce tracking not updating

The only solution/workaround is to wait for the defects, and then contacting eBay early in the morning in the hope of getting Ireland.

Online chat are simply refusing to remove defects, even if you have a Post Office receipt showing that you did send on time.
