why are ebay not taking strict action on sellers that are clearly drop-shipping from china and advertising "UK stock" but they are being delivered from China !Something that should arrive in 2-3 days if its was actually from the UK, not 2 weeks !

Is it just me or is tracked 48 royal mail very slow when buying items from ebay recently?, the sellers have posted in time, but the items are taking 6-7 days for delivery, i ordered stuff of amazon later and it has arrived by RM tracked 48 already.
