Good evening everyone, would you help me please? I am aware that to respond to a message, you click on the box to enter text, but nothing happens. It's been a nightmare trying to start this message, as once adding a title, up came suggestions! I am so tired of Ai .... I assume that's the problem with that.
My buyer is asking me (obviously) for address and collection time. He/she must be getting cheesed off.
I've not even been able to send a message to a seller, as I can't enter text. Now 'choose a label' nothing applicable ............... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! Sorry for an incorrect label!!!!

Was the item listed for Collection, and has the Buyer paid in full?

Yes, the chairs are for collection and the buyer has paid.

This sounds like the new automated messaging system, which is preventing buyers & sellers sending 'normal' messages about postage etc.
You could try contacting your buyer via their profile page. If you select 'this is not about an item', that should bypass the AI auto-messaging thing... 🤖

To save you time in the future, when the Buyer has paid, you can find their contact details here and call them directly:
Orders > View Order Details > Show Contact Info dropdown menu is under Buyer's name (here is their telephone number and email)
