Too many unpaid item strikes.

What do buyers with too many unpaid item strikes see when bidding on someone's items who has their blocking settings on. I have someone who has tried to bid 42 times on the same item! Are they not told they can't bid on it? Why keep trying?

I wonder as well. I too have seen their activity in the and what appears to be the same accounts (the full names are censored but you can get an idea of repeat attempts) repeatedly trying to buy items.

For this reason I assume they probably get some nondescript error instead of a "you are unable to purchase from this seller due to x" reason.
