I have listed an item and ebay listed postage charge for package of 1KG weight, but I have checked item weight and found it is over 1KG how can I resolve this?

If this is through the Simple Delivery system, just do what ebay say!

When you print the label it will have 'marketplace seller' written on it. This means that the post office/RM/Evri whoever will *have* to accept the parcel.

It will get posted sent and delivered : ebay and the relevant carrier will (apparently) sort out any discrepancies between themselves later on...

(there have been a few instances of post office staff not knowing about this YET..... but they should all know, and will all have been told about it by 'head office'. )
