Buyer Protection Farce

I've had items sent to my buyers and received 2 days later, they've left positive feedback so they've obviously received said item and are happy with it. eBay still going to hold my money though for another fortnight 🙂

By the end of the month items under £10 untracked will be paid out 24 hours after a feedback received otherwise it's 14 days for untracked postage and i've found about 5 for tracked, feedback will mean nothing for items over £10. All done by bots i believe. Yes it's a terrible mess and many people have no idea at all what is going on

Even that makes no sense, if they can do that for under £10 why not over? Also why do I have to find that out from you? Surely that should have been said upfront and implemented day one. I'm honestly surprised they haven't back-tracked the whole decision by now.

eBay don't seem to be big on transparency. A confused enemy is easily played.

The next stage is Simple Delivery and again nobody knows when it starts, because we haven't been told and after that potentially mandatory Simple Delivery.

So, yes, it sucks to be a Guinea Pig.
