Accidentally voided a postage label

Hi there

I accidentally voided a postage label on ebay that my son had already posted out a day before. The item hasn't entered the Royal mail network yet. I have put the original tracking number back on the order on ebay.

What happens in this case- does the item get delivered securely and does the tracking information update on ebay because the label is effectively void now?

So far you've requested a void but the label won't be cancelled yet.

RM label refunds are slow and can take up to 21 days.

And RM won't start the process until after the last post by date on label, which is 7 days after you bought it.

If your label gets scanned the tracking should work and the void won't happen.
