I purchased 2 items (of the same product) neededto return the item, only 1 postage was provided, out of frustration I have organised my own postage but I'm unalble to update the tracking information, it's reverting to the original single postage not used. Where can I add alternative tracking ,I have informed the seller of the new tracking information.

What was the reason for the return? If for item not as described you should open 2 cases if these were separate items.
The seller would have paid for the tracked second postage through the second case, but as you have paid for this, enter those tracking numbers into the case details, escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
Unfortunately, there's nothing to enforce the seller to reimburse you for the postage paid.

Thank you for your repsonse, there were 2 x same item 1 order, we were happy to pay for the return that's not the issue, I need to be able to show it's been dispatched as a return and update the tracking numbers as they're different to the postage they supplied. I'm sure it'll sort itself out.
