You will have to print that label out, local libraries usually have the facility. Or, I'm not sure because haven't used the new system, if contacting Customer Services which you may have to do, if the label is insufficient, they may give you a QR code to give to the Post Office.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

As above I did suggest a local library they usually have the facility for printing.
Remember tomorrow is a Bank Holiday, no postal services.

You need to ask ebay what to do about this. No label they issue will deal with an unrolled mattress.

i don't have a printer
It's a good idea to have a printer if you bur or sell online. Sending labels to be home-printed is common for online returns. In some cases it's being overtaken by QR codes, but this isn't always applicable, especially for for large items for courier collection.
Basic printers are very cheap today - or if eBay is still providing labels in .pdf format anyone with a computer and printer will be able to print it for you.

Take @papso22 's advice and contact ebay. You can't deal with this on your own because of the size of the mattress you need to return. The seller must provide a suitable courier to collect the mattress and crucially, give you a tracking number.
