Making offers

Has anyone had the same issue?  I tried to make several offers on different items from different sellers, but when I send the offer it says "The page is missing"  Can ebay block people from making offers?  I have msg the sellers to ask if they are accepting offers and they have all said yes and don't understand why it doesn't work for me??  Can anyone help?

You ask is anyone else experiencing this?  The answer is yes,  so you are not alone.

We have asked Community managers for any update to confirm that eBay do know about this and are working on the issue, but no answer yet.
