Issue with postage

postageTried to post parcel today but parcel is too large. Weight is fine.  Funds are pending. Have contacted the buyer to explain and he’s happy to do whatever is needed but I don’t know what to do as I need to send it by alternative route. Do I cancel the whole order and send it privately ?

Cancel and relist with correct size.   If that is too big for SD you can opt out and buy your own postage.  When you click on the packet size box during the listing process you will get the various size options in a pop-up.   Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up list and you'll see a link that says:
"Looking for heavier or larger package options?   Switch to custom postage."
