Contacting seller

I bought and paid for an item as a guest as I had forgotten my account details, I sent a message requesting details to arrange collection but nothing came  to my main account. Eventually spoke to an agent who was going to send the contact but nothing art before now can't find a way to speak to someone. Any ideas?

Re: Contacting seller

The best option is  to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.

From there you will be able to select the view order details if you wish to open a case .

Re: Contacting seller

When you buy as a guest, all further actions must take place through links on the email from ebay confirming the purchase. It will not appear in your purchases ever as you (your ID) did not buy, Guest did.

Using any other means to contact seller will only confuse things as he will not know who you are, and could think you are a scammer.

Re: Contacting seller

Thanks. I'll try. It's a nightmare trying to actually speak to someone. They said they would send sellers contact but it never arrived so I'm back trying to get a person to speak to.

Re: Contacting seller

Are you wishing to open a case for a refund for this item purchased as a Guest?

This will explain the process.
