I think my account may have been banned I cannot access anything or look st my messages to even see if I have if anyone can help would be appreciated

Are you finding you cannot list anymore items?

You have returned to selling after a long break,  have you registered with eBay's Managed Payments?  If not,  this could be the temporary restriction.  A ban would mean your current listings would be removed.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

One more thing,  if you are selling all Brand New items you need to change your current Private account,  this is used for selling second hand unwanted items to a Business account, then you'll be able to proceed.

1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
2. Select Personal information. 
3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

Perhaps you have listing restrictions as a new Seller using a Private account --- you have a number of New item listings including Sneakers.    Perhaps time to review your Selling account status >

Please see my answer above.  Register for Managed Payments,  change your account to a Business Account because you are selling all new items,  then you'll be able to move forward with your account.
