Hi   Sold first ever item via GSP. Buyer has not paid. Normally I would click "Send payment details" to serve as a reminder, but you can't do that with GSP.   I can send the buyer a message - is that the only option?   If they still don't pay how do I proceed? The "report buyer" link leads to "cancel order" which does not give "buyer didn't pay" as an option.   It's only been 4 days but keen to understand the procedure.   Thank you ... View more

I paid for an item yesterday which the seller later cancelled the order stating something was wrong with the address. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and supplied a valid UK address. There was nothing to say the seller did not deliver to the Highlands and I paid the £10 delivery charge. I feel agrieved that the seller can simply cancel an order and I cannot leave negative feedback or insist that the order be sent. I listed an item starting at £10.  I did not give the option for offers. One hour in I received messages from two interested persons, each offering £20. I rejected both on basis it was too early.  One then placed a bid at the starting price. On more than one occasion, when a seller has said 'Make Offer' I have done so. The majority of sellers have responded. They either accept, decline or make a counter offer, however, several do not bother to reply and just let my offer expire. Why do they do this and not have the courtesy to respond? I purchased yesterday and he has emailed me want to meet outside my house.   I paid via PayPal and his address isn't on the page.   Could I get some advice? sold an item worth considerable amount of money.  buyer not happy with item and requested a return.  we accepted the return but on receiving package there was nothing in the parcel.  the package was intact and hadn't been tampered with.  buyer has the item and ebay will be issuing a refund with the money held.  we have been scammed and ebay are refusing to do anything about it.  has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you deal with it? ... I have brought an item of a seller on eBay and got a WhatsApp message this morning at 4.30 off the seller. I don't really want messages after purchase has been complete and delivered for me to most likely give details which I didn't let it get that far about getting free items off Amazon. I have attached a screen shot I have also blocked number. I'm sure this is a britch rules as it wasn't anything to do with my order.
