The buyer has said they want to keep the damaged item now after a case has been opened for a return and refund

Looks like the buyer has damaged the item now wants a refund 

Buyer say item damaged but no damaged to the outer packaging so what if they have damaged it when un packaging it

The buyer has just message saying the item is damaged and sent pictures but marks are different to the one I sold

Hi a buyer has just sent me pictures of the item they won at auction saying it broken what happened now as this was sold on a non return
